Join us for our End-of-Year Celebration showcasing the achievements of our 2023-2024 cohorts through a collection of engaging posters. These posters serve as an invitation for the audience to explore the internships, projects, and opportunities our participants experienced throughout the year.

You are invited to participate in this event either in-person or virtually, where you can learn about poster development, discuss current ideas, and collaborate on creating posters using Canva.

All posters will be professionally printed by Quarter at Aggie Square. Following the event, the QAS staff will set up the posters and make them available to students for further viewing.

The Quarter at Aggie Square team will cover all costs for publishing the poster. Posters will be printed professionally and set-up at the event. Students will be able to take home their posters after the event. QAS will host information and coaching sessions to support students in their poster design. Students do not need to attend a session to submit a poster.
