All presentations will be held from 12:00-1:00 p.m. with the exception of April 23, which is scheduled from 10-11 a.m.
In-person attendees
In-person attendees can attend each presentation at UC Davis Aggie Square.
All presentations will be held on the first floor of Aggie Square, Classroom 1220.
Parking is available in lots around Aggie Square. For UC Davis Health lots, follow the daily parking instructions and log in with your UC Davis email to receive the discounted rate. Download the ParkMobile App to purchase daily parking. Parking fills up swiftly at UC Davis Health with limited parking after 8am.
Aggie Square parking garage can be accessed through the HONK parking app. Search by Zone ID AGS. You will need to scan the QR code for entering and exiting the parking garage.
Please note that street parking is available within walking distance west of Aggie Square. Be sure to observe parking regulations, including time limits and permit requirements.
